ABOUT US

Our Name

Stallion's name comes from the male horse. A restaurant that is strong-willed, molded to perfection and fast paced. A nod to Wellington's equestrian community, honoring our location. Stallion Restaurant is made to be strong in flavors, perfect in presentation and fast in service.

Local fresh cuisine
for everyone

Stallion may be located inside the prestigious Palm Beach Polo Club, but it's available to everyone. A restaurant founded by two families who have been a part of the Wellington community for more than twenty years. The executive chef is not only a co-owner, but a proud Florida local who worked at the highest institutions in South Florida. Stallion's menu was carefully curated by our executive chef, a senior mixologist and well-known sommelier. Only using the freshest ingredients, stunning wines and modern design, you'll love the experience.
